  Armenian Deputy Diaspora Minister resigns August 18, 2011 - 18:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has signed a decree to relieve Stepan Petrosyan from the post of Deputy Diaspora Minister.
