Opposition forces of Armenia suggest issuing ballots "for holding fair parliamentary election" with protection signs and print them abroad. Such statements were made in the course of a "Justice" opposition bloc meeting yesterday. In the words of representative of Vardan Khachatrian, these ballots should not be controlled by the authorities. At the same time he assured that international organizations were ready to assume financial expenses for realization of the initiative.
