  WikiLeaks releases another portion of classified cables August 29, 2011 - 16:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Over the past week, WikiLeaks has released 133,887 U.S. diplomatic cables from around the world - more than half of the entire Cablegate material (251,287 cables). The new release was met with a sustained Denial of Service (DOS) attack during the first 36 hours. WikiLeaks had to rely on back-up servers for some hours. With supporters’ help, WikiLeaks was able to bring in additional servers to stave off the attack, said a post on the whistleblower website. For the first time, the diplomatic cables are available from every country that has U.S. diplomatic representation.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million). The bill, published on Monday, is designed to "eliminate the shortcomings of an unreasonably broad interpretation of the key concept of "compatriot".
