VivaCell-MTS introduces new modem in Gyumri, Vanadzor

PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS announced the continued expansion of HSPA+ services offering pick download speeds up to 21.6 Mbps, in Gyumri and Vanadzor.

At the same time, the new “MTS Connect E353” USB modem with up to 21.6 Mbps download and up to 5.76 Mbps upload capacity is made available across VivaCell-MTS service centers.

The price of the modem is AMD 40000 (including VAT). And in case of a one-year subscription to “MTS Connect Unlimited” or “MTS Connect Unlimited+” tariff plan, the “MTS Connect E353” modem is provided for only AMD 10000, the company’s press office reported.

On March 2, 2011, HSPA+ network running at 21.6 Mbp/s in the downlink was introduced in Yerevan for the first time by VivaCell-MTS.
