Armenian, Chinese public councils sign cooperation agreement![]() ![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 19, the Public Council of Armenia (PCA) and China Economic and Social Council (CESC) signed a cooperation agreement. Emphasizing the importance of strengthening bilateral ties in the framework of agreement signed, the PCA head Vazgen Manukyan noted metal mining industry, agriculture and modern technologies among possible spheres of cooperation.
