In September, Armenia won two crushing victories against Andorra (3:0) and Slovakia (4:0) in UEFA EURO 2012 Group B qualifiers. Armenia vs. Macedonia, Armenia vs. Ireland matches are due October 7 and 11 respectively. With Armenia 3rd with 14 points in UEFA EURO 2012 Group B qualifiers, its rivals are placed as follows: Russia is 13th; Slovakia dropped to 39th position; Ireland climbed to 29th place; Macedonia dropped to 94th place; Andorra is placed 203rd. European champions, Spain are leading the FIFA ranking with 1605 points; followed by Holland and Germany (1571 and 1290 points resp.).
