Armen Papikyan appointed as Armenia’s perm rep to CoE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Armen Papikyan to a post of Armenia’s permanent representative to the Council of Europe (residence in Strasbourg).

On September 15, President Sargsyan released Zohrab Mnatsakanyan from the position of Armenia’s permanent representative to CoE, further appointing him as Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister.
