Mika men’s chess club defeated KSK Eynatten 47 in round 2 of the European Club Cup in Rogaska Slatina, Slovenia.

Gabriel Sargssian, Arman Pashikyan, Zaven Andriasian, Avetik Grigoryan, Robert Hovhannisyan won their games while Hrant Melkumyan suffered a defeat to end the round with 5-1 score and climb to the 11th place with 10 points.

Mika women’s club prevailed over Oslo Schakselskap 4:0, with Elina Danielian, Dronavalli Harika, Zhu Chen, Lilit Mkrtchian winning their games. Currently, the Armenian club keeps the lead with 7,5 points.

In the next round, Mika men’s and women’s clubs will face Vesnianka Gran and SHSM-RGSU respectively.
