RPA member says no reason for Serzh Sargsyan to resign September 28, 2011 - 14:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Current President Serzh Sargsyan is not planning to resign; nor are there any political, economic or social reasons for him to do so, according to a member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). As Mkrtich Minasyan told a news conference in Yerevan, commenting on opposition demand for pre-term parliamentary election, “organizing snap election 6 month before the regular one is at odds with logic.” “The authorities have a political will and readiness to resolve current problems in the country through a dialogue,” the RPA member stressed.
