Tigran Sargsyan ready to top RPA parliamentary candidates list

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan is ready to top the list of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary candidates, should the party decide so.

However, as the Prime Minister told journalists at National Assembly, the issue hasn’t been discussed yet.

Commenting on non-stop opposition rallies at Liberty Square, the Prime Minster noted, “on the threshold of elections, every party is free to elect its own manner of political struggle.”

At Sept 30 rally, Ter-Petrossian announced 7-day-long round-the-clock protest actions, with ANC supporters putting up tents at Liberty Square. “Whether to continue actions will be decided in a week,” ANC leader noted.
