Sargsyan praises Sarkozy’s contribution to development of relations

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has praised his French counterpart’s contribution to development of relations between the two countries.

“Yerevan and Paris enjoy high-level relations, what is proved by French investments in the Armenian economy and a 500-thousand Armenian community in France,” President Sargsyan said during the joint press conference with Nicolas Sarkozy.

Commenting on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, the Armenian leader hailed France’s efforts within the OSCE Minsk Group and the country’s balanced position on the issue.
