Raul de Luzenberger: EU supports reforms in EaP states

PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Union supports reforms in the Easter Partnership member states, however the countries themselves must assume the responsibility for determining and implementing the reforms in question, with the Union’s assistance, according to the head of the European Commission Delegation to Armenia.

At news conference in Yerevan, Ambassador Raul de Luzenberger stressed the importance of civil society’s participation in implementation of reforms, citing the EU states’ practice as an example.
