"Why the Armenians began to pay for the electricity consciously? This is because they have understood much when the electricity in Yerevan was switched on for 30 minutes per day and the subway was running for 30 minutes per day. Today, having overcome this hardest crisis, they are taking care of their energy", - declared Anatoly Chubays. -0-
