German ambassador regrets lack of progress in Armenian-Turkish relations

PanARMENIAN.Net - German ambassador to Armenia regrets lack of progress in the Armenian-Turkish normalization process.

Addressing a conference titled “Eastern Partnership: National and European Developments”, Hans Jochen Schmidt said that Armenia and Turkey should intensify the process for soonest opening of the border, which will contribute to creation of a positive economic platform.”

“Opening of the border is also very important for the European Union,” he said.
