Armenia women’s squad to face Poland at European Chess Championships

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia will face off against Poland in the last round of Porto Carras-hosted European Team Chess Championships.

The board pairings were announced as follows: Elina Danielian- Monika Socko, Lilit Mkrtchian- Jolanta Zawadzka, Lilit Galoyan- Joanna Gajewska, Maria Kursova- Karina Szczepkowska.

After the 8th round, Armenia women’s squad is placed 6th with 17 points; Poland is 2nd with 21 points; Russia is leading the championship with 22, 5 points.
