On November 20, President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook in Telethon - 2011 Gala dinner party where he delivered a speech.

As the President noted, Artsakh is currently on the path of stable development. “Reforms fulfilled allowed a stable economic growth that substantially exceeds the indices of the previous years. Due to large-scale activities in a number of spheres we eliminated bribery and corruption. We have created a favorable investment climate that provides an opportunity to establish mutually beneficial partner relations with leading international companies,” NKR leader stated, noting water issue among the most crucial in Artsakh.
