REFERENDUM ON CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES IN ARMENIA MAY BE HELD NOT EARLIER THAN IN 2005December 23, 2003 - 17:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - It will be possible to hold a referendum on constitutional changes in Armenia not earlier than in 2005, Vice-Speaker of the Parliament of Armenia Tigran Torosian supposes. In his words, before that the draft of constitutional reforms should be submitted for consideration by the Venetian Commission of the Council of Europe (CE), and in the autumn of 2004 the Armenian Parliament will be able to set about its discussion.
