ARMENIAN AND AZERI PARLIAMENTARIANS STATED IN SCOTLAND ABOUT ASPIRATION FOR KARABAKH CONFLICT PEACEFUL SETTLEMENT
Armenian and Azeri parliamentary delegations taking part in the expanded sitting of the South Caucasian inter-parliamentary initiative stated about their aspiration for the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. "It is important that the parties adhere to such an opinion, as in both countries there exist powers, which speak about war and force for resolving the issues connected with Nagorno Karabakh", - representative of the forum's organizational group Dennis Sammout stated. Great Britain's ex-ambassador to Georgia Steven Nash pointed out that the sides managed to achieve "some progress" in the negotiation process, Associated Press reports.
