At the same time he expressed the opinion that the dispute available between the Armenian government and OTE International Greek company, 90% shareholder of ArmenTel, will not alienate the potential investors in the republic's telecommunication sphere. "Entering the Armenian market OTE had no ground to believe the promises about preserving the ArmenTel's monopoly during 15 years. It contrasts with the conditions of developing the sphere of communication", - A. Voronets stated.
