Georgia’s Armenians issue address to Presidents Saakashvili, Sargsyan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgia’s Armenian community issued an address to Georgian and Armenian Presidents, requesting them to discuss the issues of the Armenian community on the sidelines of Serzh Sargsya’s visit to Georgia Nov 29-30.

As the message stresses, settling the issues of the community will help improve neighborly relations between the two countries.

Closure of Armenian-language schools, the property Armenian Apostolic Church was deprived of in Soviet times, anti-Armenian moods were described as the main challenges of Armenian community in Georgia.
