Haypost hosts stamp cancellation ceremony on World AIDS Day

PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 1 Haypost hosted official ceremony of stamp cancellation, dedicated to HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.

Manager of Haypost CJSC Juan Pablo Gechijian, Haypost acting CEO Hayk Avagyan, Social Mobilization and Partnership Adviser Naira Sargsyan, Director of Armenian National AIDS Prevention Center Samvel Grigoryan attended the event.

According to Avagyan, they joined over 10 postal operators from various countries that had also released philatelic products on the occasion of World AIDS Day.

Samvel Grigoryan, in turn, noted that Armenia currently faces the problem of public unawareness of HIV/AIDS.
