Armenian FM to meet OSCE MG co-chairs in VilniusDecember 5, 2011 - 19:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will meet with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the sidelines of the Vilnius-hosted OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan stated. The 18th Meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council will be held in Vilnius on December 6-7 2011. The Ministerial Council is the central decision-making and governing body of the OSCE. The meeting, held annually, provides the foreign ministers of the 56 OSCE participating States with an opportunity to review and assess the Organization's activities during the past year and offer national viewpoints on security matters.
