DISCUSSIONS ON NAGORNO KARABAKH PROBLEM TO BE HELD IN SCOTLAND
An expanded sitting of the South Caucasian inter-parliamentary initiative with the participation of the deputies from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia will be held in Scotland December 16-20. According to the Baku mass media, a separate meeting of the Armenian and Azeri delegations dedicated to the issue of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will take place on the first day of the forum in the town of Speyside. The principal sitting will be conducted in Edinburgh, where the delegations of all the South Caucasian countries will consider a number of urgent regional issues. As vice-speaker of the Armenian National Assembly stated earlier, the Armenian party will produce Armenian parliament's political forces' joint statement on Karabakh. To remind, two meetings - in Strasbourg and Tbilisi - have already been held within the frames of the South Caucasian inter-parliamentary initiative
