  ANC: Kocharian caused Armenia more harm than Turkey and Azerbaijan December 8, 2011 - 14:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharian caused Armenia more harm than the Ottoman Empire and Azerbaijan, according to a member of Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc. According to David Shahnazaryan, Kocharian took every effort to destroy the Armenian state for the sake of his own interests. Shahnazaryan further reminded that he called RA former president a criminal offender several years ago, which, however, did not urge Kocharian to take the case to court.
