Sharmazanov slams Cicek’s statement on Karabakh as unscrupulousDecember 13, 2011 - 15:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish parliament speaker Cemil Cicek’s statement regarding the linkage between Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement and normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations is the evidence of unscrupulousness of Turkish policy, Armenian National Assembly vice speaker said. According to Eduard Sharmazanov , Turkey has no right to condemn other countries for land occupation until it itself occupies the territory of a European country. “To think of Turkish politicians’ cynicism in speaking of Khojalu when pursuing Armenian Genocide denial policy,” Sharmazanov stated. Vice speaker further described Cicek’s statement as manifestation of Azerbaijan’s anti-Armenian propaganda and Turkish mania to distort facts.
