Secretary of the Russian Security Council (SC) Vladimir Rushaylo met with his Armenian associate, Armenian minister of defense Serge Sargsian in Moscow today. In the course of the meeting they exchanged opinions on a wide range of issues of the bilateral cooperation. As reported to RIA Novosti in the Russian SC press office, the parties also discussed the situation in Georgia and expressed a common point of view that the happening events should be dealt as the internal affair of the country. In the parties' opinion, the principles of law and the Constitution must predominate in Georgia under any circumstances, the report by the Russian SC press service says.
