Armenia stopped taking the world Armenian diaspora as a donor exclusively, as it was before, Armenian president Robert Kocharian stated in Bucharest today at a meeting with representatives of the Armenian diaspora of Romania. He reported that a special article providing for financing of all-Armenian programs is included in the Republic state budget, adding that Armenia is ready to assume fulfillment of certain tasks. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, at a meeting held in "Hovsep and Victoria Durians" House of Culture, owned by the Armenian church, the Romanian compatriots told R. Kocharian about problems and wishes that trouble them. Specifically, they noted lack of information and Armenian language manuals for Sunday schools.
