Expert: 2012 won’t see serous progress in Karabakh talks

2012 will not see any serious developments or progress in the Nagorno Karabakh process, according to the Caucasus Institute director.

As Alexander Iskandaryan told a press conference, although 2012 envisages meetings and talks in the framework of OSCE Minsk Group, they are unlikely to yield any tangible results.

The expert linked priorities in Armenia’s foreign policy with developments related to the U.S., Russia, as well as Iran’s nuclear program, ruling out the possibility of U.S.-Iran war.
