A seminar devoted to the development of small and medium business in Armenia will be held by the OSCE Yerevan Office November 17-18. Beginning with this measure the preparation for the recurrent OSCE Economic Forum planned May 2004 will start. Executive director of the International Chamber of Commerce Maximilian Burger-Scheidlin is to deliver a speech at the seminar.
