Azerbaijan’s involvement in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement talks bears a symbolic character, Azerbaijani MP, editor-in-chief of Azerbaijan newspaper said.

“Armenia will try to convince the international community that Azerbaijan seeks a war, not peace, if the latter doesn’t partake in meetings with Armenia,” Bakhtiyar Sadigov told SalamNews.

Bakhtiyar Sadigov further voiced disbelief in effective activity of OSCE Minsk Group, which, according to him, simply tries to avert launch of war.
