Arab League chief urges Syrian FM to cooperate

Arab League chief Nabil al-Arabi sent a letter to Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Mouallem voicing hope that Syria will engage with the League to reach “a consensual solution” to the Syrian crisis to avoid foreign interference, NOW Lebanon reported quoting the Kuwaiti news agency (KUNA).

According to KUNA, Arab League deputy leader Ahmed Ben Helli said Arabi also voiced hope that the Arab League initiative to resolve the Syrian crisis is implemented.
