In his words, now it is important to wait and get aware of the newly elected Azeri president's stand on this issue, what is of the utmost importance for the further development of the negotiation process. "Stability and government that will be ready for interaction is essential for cooperation. In this view it is very important that there are presidents and governments ready to settle this issue in Armenia and Azerbaijan", - the EU representative said.
