As reported by Interfax-Azerbaijan agency, Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev told journalists in Baku today. "We are holding negotiations on the conflict settlement within the framework of the OSCE Minsk group, the status of which is higher than that of the CIS. Besides, conducting negotiations in several directions will not be effective, that is why we content ourselves with the Minsk group and do not think about involving the CIS in the process of settlement", - V. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
