PanARMENIAN.Net - Vince Vaughn could be swapping comedy for action with a leading role in Lucky Strike.

The Wedding Crashers actor is said to be in negotiations to star in Tony Scott's upcoming action thriller, Belfast Telegraph reported, citing Deadline.

Written by Henry Bean, the movie focuses on an agent working with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), as he unites with a drug runner in an attempt to take down a drug cartel.

It's not yet known which part Vince is up for, although filming is set to start later this year.

Vince was last seen in romantic drama The Dilemma.

His next big-screen outings include science fiction comedy Neighbourhood Watch, which will reunite him with Dodgeball co-star Ben Stiller, and comedy Lay The Favourite with Bruce Willis and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
