Special robots to welcome Eurovision 2012 guests

PanARMENIAN.Net - Guests of 2012 Eurovision Song Contest will be welcomed by robots at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) spokesman Maharram Safarli, reconstruction works are underway in the Airport.

”Special equipments (robots) will be constructed in both exits of the terminal. They will inform the guests about different topics,” Azerbaijan Press Agency (APA) quoted Safarli as saying.

Eurovision semifinals are scheduled for May 22 and 24. Armenian along with Serbia, Sweden, Georgia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Macedonia, Estonia, Belarus, Turkey, Malta, Slovakia, Croatia, Norway, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Bosnia Herzegovina will perform in the second semifinal due on May 24.

The final is scheduled for May 26.
