LG to unveil trio of smartphones at Mobile World Congress

PanARMENIAN.Net - LG plans to unveil a trio of smartphones at Mobile World Congress next week, CNET reports.

Two of the three handsets will run Google's latest version of its Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich.

Called the Optimus L7, Optimus L5, and Optimus L3, only the L7 and L5 will boast ICS. As top-tier phones, the Optimus L7 and Optimus L5 will also sport the largest screens in the L-Style lineup, 4.3 inches and 4 inches respectfully.

LG expects the Optimus L3 to be the line's entry-level device, equipped with a tiny 3.2-inch screen and outdated Android Gingerbread software. Still, as the company’s Korean press site asserts, the phone will be more compact and pocket-friendly than its larger siblings.
