Deputy mandate get cheaper, paper says

Decline in the parliament’s profile and devaluation of a deputy mandate have caused interesting metamorphoses in the pre-election race.

Unanimous rumors say money spent to acquire a parliamentary mandate has been cut significantly, Hraparak paper reports. Of course, money will be distributed and resources will be spent this year as well, but tariffs will be much lower than during previous elections.

Oligarch and criminal-related circles are certain now that a mandate does not provide profit, nor does it secure against prosecution; it does not bring public respect either. So, rumors say even the number of those willing to join the proportional lists has decreased.
