"Armenia" Union of the French town of Valence together with the Assembly of Unions of the Armenians of Europe is arranging a conference on "Diaspora's role and participation in securing the development and independence of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh". As reported by "Armenia" Union, the representatives of the corresponding ministries of Armenia and NKR are to participate in the conference to be held April 22-24.
