Former MP to nominate his candidacy soon - paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - Recently rumors were circulated that founder of Sil Group company, former parliament member Khachatur Sukiasyan is going to run for the upcoming parliamentary elections, Hraparak paper reports.

Initial reports said he won’t be nominated; then tycoon’s brother Saribek Sukiasyan declared his brother will run for the parliament.

Spokesperson of Sil Group Anna Mkrtchyan told the paper’s reporter on March 1 that Khachatur Sukiasyan is on a business trip in China now, and will personally announce nomination of his candidacy after he is back in two days.

President of Nushikyan Association Garegin Nushikyan is also going to run for the parliament in the same constituency.
