  OSCE MISSION VISITED NKR ARMY SERVICEMAN WOUNDED BY A SHOT FROM AZERI SIDEFebruary 5, 2004 - 17:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Members of the OSCE mission for monitoring the contact line between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan today visited a serviceman of the NKR defense army, who was wounded in January by a shot from the Azeri side and is now taking cure in a hospital. Today the OSCE mission held a recurrent monitoring of the contact line. From the Karabakh side personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk monitored the Mardakert strip. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
