Iran is interested in peaceful resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict and restoration of stability in the region, Director General of Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of Iran said.

Mostafa Dolatyar further noted Iran’s readiness to mediate settlement process.

“Tehran possesses vast potential for conflict resolution,” Dolatyar said, adding that Iran, Armenia and Azerbaijan as three neighboring countries are most of interested in conflict settlement and restoration of peace and stability in the region.
