Armenian player beats Turkish participant at Women's Chess Championship

Turkish city of Gaziantep hosted the fourth round of 13th European Individual Women's Chess Championship 2012.

Anna Hairapetian defeated Sahin Nisa (Turkey). Elina Danielian tied the game with Betul Yildiz (Turkey) while Lilit Galojan lost to Monika Seps (Swtizerland).

Lilit Mkrtchian and Maria Kursova tied their games.

The championship is based on Swiss system in accordance with the ECU Tournament Rules and FIDE Rules of Chess. The playing time is 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.

Total prize amounts to Euro 100 000.
