Radiohead to star UK tour in Oct

PanARMENIAN.Net - Radiohead have announced that they will play their first UK shows in four years this October, Belfast Telegraph reported.

The band, currently touring the United States, will play two nights at the O2 Arena in south east London and one night at the Manchester Arena.

The rockers - famous for songs such as High And Dry, Paranoid Android and Karma Police - have been hailed by the critics for their live shows and albums.

In 2010, their third album, OK Computer, was named the greatest album of the past quarter-century by music fans.

The 1997 release fended off albums by Nirvana and Oasis to top the list of greats chosen by readers of Q magazine.

OK Computer saw the group, which originally formed in Oxford in 1985, toying with "prog rock"-style suites, in contrast to more straightforward guitar rock they had recorded until then.
