At present Armenia is preparing a letter to Goran Lenmarker, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly chairman's special representative for Nagorno Karabakh, asking him to mention the fact of brutal murder of an Armenian officer by an Azeri serviceman in Budapest, head of the Armenian delegation in PA OSCE, RA NA Vice-Speaker Vahan Hovhannissian told journalists today. In his words, the final variant of the report will be produced in Edinburgh this summer. Before that the special representative will pay one more visit to the region. At the same time V. Hovhannissian did not rule out that the report will influence the position of the chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group for the Karabakh settlement.
