Candidate rules out election forgery in Kentron constituency

PanARMENIAN.Net - Khachatur Sukiasyan nominated by majority system in constituency 10 in Yerevan’s Kentron district said he is ready to cooperate with all political forces but rather supports the Armenian National Congress (ANC).

Sukiasyan told the journalists today he will not provide financial support to ANC. “I will not support ANC financially, but rather contribute my potential to it. And I am not the person to provide financial assistance to ANC,” he said. The main objective he will pursue in the new parliament will be the economic policy of Armenia and promotion of the country's international profile.

The candidate noted that in case he is elected, he will first of all amend Armenia’s tax regulations. According to Sukiasyan, the current tax legislation has many shortcomings. Speaking about Garegin Nushikyan, his main rival in 10th constituency, Sukiasyan said he takes any opponent positively.

When asked whether elections in this constituency may be forged to favor Nushikyan, Sukiasyan said he rules out falsifications in Kentron constituency.
