As Onno Simons told a press conferee in Yerevan, the Association Agreement will be suspended in case the elections in Armenia don’t meet EU demands. The Association Agreement reflects on the cooperation lines in the field of economic integration, advancement of people and energy. Political association and stage by stage economic integration of EU partner countries are objectives of the agreement. The Association Agreement talks between Armenia and the EU launched on July 19, 2010. Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for May 6.
