Azerbaijan will appear among countries engaged in trafficking in the US State Department 2004 report. As reported by 525 Baku newspaper, Laura Harby, a representative of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan, holds this opinion. In her words, the report is based on the results of researches held by John Hopkins University. The State Department report will be published in June, the newspaper notes, at that not ruling out that corresponding sanctions can be applied to Azerbaijan.
