OCST NEGATIVE ON OUTLOOK OF NATO MOBILE FORCES APPEARANCE IN AZERBAIJANApril 10, 2004 - 20:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OCST has a negative attitude towards the outlook of appearance of NATO mobile forces in Azerbaijan, Secretary General of the Organization of the Collective Security Treaty (OCST) Nikolay Bordyuzha, who has accomplished his working visit to Armenia, told journalists in Yerevan today. He also spoke against NATO approaching the borders of Russia and the South Caucasian countries. At that the OCST Sec. Gen. emphasized that there is no opposition between the OCST, specifically - Russia, and the NATO.
