OPPOSITION UNAUTHORIZED ACTIONS TO BE CUT SHORT IN COMPLIANCE WITH LAW, ARMENIAN PRESIDENT SAID

PanARMENIAN.Net - Any unsanctioned actions of the Armenian opposition will be cut short in compliance with the law, said Armenian president Robert Kocharian. In his words, as reported by "Arka" agency, opposition representatives constantly call to observe legality, at the same time consistently undertaking illegal actions themselves. R. Kocharian noted that it let the authorities use the force of the law to prevent illegal actions. At the same time, in the president's opinion, the opposition activities are mainly conditioned by the coming parliamentary election in the republic to be held May 25. "If the opposition has chosen exactly that tactics, the authorities' response will be adequate," - R. Kocharian stated.
