  VARDAN OSKANIAN TO PARTICIPATE CSTO FMs SITTINGNovember 9, 2004 - 22:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - November 12 Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian will depart for Moscow to take part in the sitting of the FMs of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Armenian Foreign Ministry press service reported. To remind, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan are members of the CSTO.
